 Submit Your Initial Profile

You are here. Complete this quick form with basic company information, contact details, services offered, and geographic coverage. This allows our team to understand your capabilities and determine if there is a strong fit with our current and upcoming needs.

We Review & Invite You to Finalize

Our team carefully reviews every submission. If your capabilities align with our requirements (especially in government, construction, energy, or manufacturing sectors), we will promptly send you a secure, personalized link to complete Phase 2. This second step includes uploading essential compliance documents (W-9, COI, certifications, etc.) and providing additional operational details.

Activation & Full Access

Once your complete vendor packet is verified and approved, your account becomes active. You will gain access to our vendor portal, receive invitations to relevant RFPs/RFQs, participate in teaming opportunities, and begin collaborating on projects with BlackBall Logistics and our prime partners.
